I have been an educator with Boonah, Warwick & District Family Day Care since 2017. I have enjoyed my time as an educator and it has been a great way to work while staying at home with my own children also. Being an educator is such a wholesome fulfilling job to be able to help nurture little lives during the few important years of their learning and development. The team at Boonah, Warwick and District FDC have been very supportive to me during my time operating with the scheme. They have allowed me to educate my own unique way while also offering help and assistance when needed. It is great to be apart of a team that has core values of simply just wanting to give the best start to children in the first years while advocating to do this with fun, kindness and love in mind. I love my place as an educator with Boonah, Warwick and District FDC, a place where I belong.

Rachel & Deb are very supportive, they helped me with a list of things to start my family daycare home. They show appreciation for their educators and do check ups. They’re very caring towards their educators, I’ve been in childcare centres for 6 years and I had to get feedback or ask for support where Boonah,Warwick & Districts FDC Rachel and Deb went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, providing me wonderful feedback & showing appreciation all the time for having me.
